Welcome to my site! I am on a mission to rewrite my health story and take charge of living my best life NOW! I am hoping that by sharing the ups and downs of my crazy Keto journey with you (and, well, everyone I guess!) I can inspire others to begin to rewrite their own stories.

I am also an independent distributor for IT Works! an amazing company that has changed my life and is seriously changing the lives of so many more! I never thought I would ever do something like this! It’s hard to put yourself out there for everyone to see. What if I fail? I have been learning through this new journey to start asking myself, What if I succeed? What if, this time, I actually do it? Because of It Works and my faith in Jesus Christ I stand in the hope and confidence that I am worth all of this and I believe YOU are too!
